Brian Kelly

Specializes in: Avid golfers looking to touch-up on their game
Brian has over 22 years of teaching experience and has been a PGA member since March of 2004. Brian was an Assistant Golf Professional at Muirfield Village Golf Club from September 1, 2005-January 31, 2008. In 2010, Brian also had the privilege of competing in the Nationwide Children's Hospital Invitational on the Nationwide Tour. Brian has developed his communication skills under some of the industry's most legendary instructors including Jimmy Ballard, Mike Malaska, Jim Flick, Martin Hall and J.R. Ables. 
Brian has taught a variety of players ranging from beginning junior golfers to PGA and LPGA Professionals.  Brian is a Nike, Callaway and Ping club-fitting specialist and thrives on teaching consistent improvement to his students.

Rob Robinson
Certified PGA Instructor (Teaching & Coaching), Class A Member of the PGA
Specializes in: Junior golfers, beginners, and advanced players. 
Rob was a previous college golfer of 4 years and alumni of Mississippi State University. He has had over 30 years experience in the golf industry after turning pro in 1991. Over the years, Rob has had the opportunity to be involved in many PGA Tour and USGA major championship events since turning professional. Prior to his position with The Ohio State Golf Club, Rob had been a part of the professional staff at multiple "Top 100" clubs including Indian Wells, Olympia Fields Country Club, and Muirfield Village Golf Club.  Rob has a great passion for golf instruction and, throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work with players of all skill levels, from beginner, to PGA Tour player. Junior golf has always been a point of emphasis for Rob and he is proud to have watched his junior students grow and move on to play at the college and professional levels. Rob is excited about being back in Columbus and to be a part of the OSU Golf Club family!

Joshua Taylor
PGA Associate Golf Professional
Specializes in: Beginners and junior golfers.
Josh’s journey in golf began at age 14 as a caddie, where he quickly developed a deep appreciation for the game and the relationships it fosters. While he went on to play collegiate lacrosse at Messiah College, his passion for golf remained strong and ultimately shaped his career path. Josh refined his skills in teaching, club fitting, club repair, and facility operations at the Golf Academy of America in Orlando, Florida, where he had the opportunity to learn from some of the industry's leading PGA professionals. From there, he served as an Assistant Golf Professional at the Golf Club of Dublin for four seasons, gaining hands-on experience with players of all ages and skill levels. As a proud PGA Associate, Josh is honored to continue learning and growing under the mentorship of the veteran PGA professionals here at OSU GC. Josh’s teaching philosophy centers on creating a positive, engaging learning environment tailored to each player’s goals. He especially enjoys working with junior golfers and has had great success helping them develop sound fundamentals and a lifelong love for the game.

Doad Edwards

Director of Instruction
Specializes in: Beginners and the physical aspect behind golf.
Doad has been actively involved in the golf business for over 35 years. Doad has had the fortunate opportunity to play with, and be mentored by, some of the legends in the golf industry. Doad is currently with players on both the Web.com Tour, as well as, the Senior Tour. Doad's teaching philosophy is quite simple; he uses your ability along with his knowledge to produce a more consistent golf swing for his students. No matter the level of golfing ability, Doad's objective remains simple; turn smoothly.
